Do you accept custom orders?

I do not accept custom orders at this time. I may accept larger commission on a case by case basis and will accept wedding/graduation/other large event orders if given 2-3 months notice.

Where do you ship and how long does it take?

Right now I’m only able to ship to Canada and the US. All orders are shipped 5-7 business days after purchase. Pre orders and custom orders will be shipped when completed. With USPS delays, it may take up to 2 weeks for you to receive your items within the US and up to 4 weeks to Canada. I am not responsible for packages after they ship. If you do not receive your package, you must fill out a missing package claim with USPS.

Do you sell your items anywhere else?

I occasionally sell items through my Instagram and will do fundraisers there, but most of my sales are through this website. I’m also working on collections for local (Anchorage) shops and will update through my Instagram and email when those are available.

Do you offer refund or exchanges

I currently do not offer refunds or exchanges on orders. I don’t make any exceptions on this unless there are extreme circumstances.
